The Senior Partner of the Firm represented the project owners of a large sized iconic and landmark public sector development in Abu Dhabi, UAE and successfully concluded a favourable settlement of a work variation claim exceeding US$
100 million brought about by the project contractor. The development has since been completed and is now considered to be the most well known public work and identification mark of Abu Dhabi.

Successfully represented Messrs. China Road & Bridge Corporation, one of the largest construction companies of China in Arbitration proceedings under the ICC Rules relating to a key Highways Project financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
